How do I change or cancel a flight booking that I have made?

Once your booking has been confirmed, any cancellations or changes will be subject to the booking policy at the time of reservation. Cancellation or changes are also subject to applicable airline fare conditions, along with an administrative fee of USD 50.00 and 5% of the cash payment made. You may request for a cancellation or change through the help center.

If you are a US resident and you have made a flight bookings at least seven days before the flight’s scheduled departure date and time, you are allowed to cancel your reservation and receive a full refund without a penalty for 24 hours.
